土耳其近期通过官方公报发布进口镀锡轧制扁平钢产品反倾销调查终裁结果，决定对原产于德国、中国、日本、韩国及塞尔维亚的相关产品征收反倾销税。本次调查周期覆盖2021年1月1日至2023年12月31日，裁定认为上述五国涉案产品以倾销价格进入土耳其市场，对当地钢铁行业造成实质性损害，故将按到岸价（CIF）的特定比例实施反倾销措施。
具体税率方面，德国企业中Thyssenkrupp Rasselstein GmbH税率为5.53%，其余企业为11.05%；中国出口商中，邯郸金泰包装材料有限公司24.83%、邯郸钢铁集团衡水冷轧薄板有限公司23.88%、江苏苏讯新材料科技有限公司...关税则号为7210.11.00、7210.12.20、7210.90.40、7212.10.10、7212.10.90及7212.40.20。
