此次调查乃是应该地区主要钢管生产商的诉求而展开。委员会将对终止反倾销税后，是否会致使倾销进口持续，进而再度对该经济领域造成损害予以评估 。当前反倾销税税率依据生产商的差异，处于报关价值的14.62%至17.28%区间 。
